Ya I kinda got the fever too. Prolly wouldn’t go out till after deer season. All I have is a mouth call and a shotgun. Lots of videos out there. Just find a place to sit and give it a try. I have been out a few times over the last couple of years but haven’t called one in yet. Ice fishing usually gets in the way.

Lots of those motors in those applications. I was on the local FD and we went to gas from diesel in the quick attack, brush trucks.
They held up better only getting run hard once or twice week. The bigger pumpers still had to be diesel to get the pump capacity.

Maybe u tube? I don’t think I even remember the prop rotation thing when I did mine. The only thing I recall is staying
away from ribs on the bottom of the hull to avoid turbulence. I do remember having 2 transducers and a speedo thing down
there all on one side and somehow they all worked!

Looks like a good old horse model. Got rid of the one I had when I downsized the garden.
    Mistake.

Saw on the news 5-600,000 snows at DeSoto bend. Bet that is loud.

What Moonfish said.Gives you the option of adjusting up down and sideways to get away from hull disturbance and such.
I think mine was like a foot long by 4 inches tall.

I don’t have a lot of horsepower left in me and don’t want to have a coronary!

I love little road trips.I often drive different routes to the same place, say a fishing spot 60 miles away. I have seen 2 snowy owls this year
    in my various travels.

Not first hand, but heard the bite on west was pretty tough.Lots of lookers but hard to make bite. That was
on gills on west. Don’t know about the ice other than what I see on the web cams.

Around here on public ground, you better be there when they fall off or all you’ll find is footprints.

Ya as shallow as the water was, when you set the hook on a walleye, they just fly out of the hole.
