I run Slip 2000 EWL on all of my semi-autos. I’ve been shooting for a long time and have tried dozens of lubricants and EWL is hands down the best. It was designed for the military to use on chain guns.

I had the same problem as you with SST’s. I switched to Hornady mono-flex muzzleloader bullets last year and couldn’t be happier. Massive entrance and exit holes and the bullet smashes through bone like it’s not even there. I highly recommend them.

I lose a ton of tackle every time i go panfishing there. It’s full of trees and brush which is great habitat but tough to fish. I wouldn’t want to cast any high dollar muskie tackle in there.

Try to find some #1 buck. Standard loads have 16 pellets, pattern well, and most studies show that it has a ballistic advantage over 00 buck.

Make sure that you use ladino clover for your clover plot. Just buy it at a local elevator or seed store. It is the most preferred clover by deer and it will work a lot better than all of those “buck in a bag” mixes. It’s a lot cheaper too.
