My friends who operate PackSack Canoe Trips & Cabins (Ely,MN) will be there, great people. They used to be involved in Scouting in Winnebego Council when my dad was also a scout leader, and I was working at Ingawanis during my summers while I was in high school….which was “only” a couple years ago 😉

I spent many days and nights at Winnebago and Ingawanis. Very cool, I’ll be driving right by but my dog will be with me and probably shouldn’t leave her in the truck that long. How much to get in?

Not worth much to a dealer, so you’d better find someone that enjoys the vintage stuff.

One thing I would caution is that GSP puppies (any puppies for that matter) take A LOT of your time. They love to run run run, and need to be exercised a lot. The reason I bring this up, is because as a sophomore in college, you’ll need to have plenty of free-time on your hands.

Yep, ours just turned 1 a bit ago. If you are full time at school and work on the side I don’t think it’ll work real well. If you just go to school I think it’s possible. If you have roommates, hope they know what’s about to happen. I have a friend that should have some ready by early spring, same parents as our puppy. Post a few more times and you should be able to send and receive private messages.

Can you please let me know who I need to contact for this puppies that your friend will have coming available. Thank you

Looks like you need a few more posts before PM will work. I think it’s 4 or 5 and you’re at 2 now

Try cleaning out the part your gas comes out of right next to the ignitor. Take a q tip with some rubbing alcohol and run it through there. A friend of mine had this issue. Their customer service told him to do this and it started right up afterwards. It was just dirty from sitting..

x2 on this. Mine would light the pilot but as soon as you tried to turn the knob to high it would die. Their YouTube channel had a video that showed to run rubbing alcohol q-tip down the pilot jet. Then blow out with compressed air. Light right up after that.

I was sitting on 6″ of ice over the channel a few years ago out there. Here comes a 3/4 ton diesel with stereo blaring out from the west ramp. Ice was popping like crazy and water shooting out of the holes in the area and they parked 20 yards from me. Still not sure how they made it…

I saw one while walking a spot for deer 2 weeks ago. Crazy how quiet it was while moving.

I need to check our shotguns and always good to try other stuff as long as targets are out. But today doesn’t work, thanks for the offer.

I tried a check cord on our 10 month GSP and it was a mess. E collar has been great, even if most say wait until they’re a year or older.

1 hen, 1 rooster, 12 quail after 2 hours in SE IA.

😯 12 quail? Holy crap. Maybe I do some upland this year after all!!

I should be clear, that’s what we saw. The pheasants flushed too far out and quail were all one covey on a farm we aren’t allowed to shoot quail. So all birds are still out there

As they’ve said, stick to small areas and cover them well. Many people will skip a fence line or something because it’s too small for their group. Small is also how you’ll be able to flush birds by yourself. Waterways, creek edges, ditches, etc. Also, if you’re driving around and see the last field in sight being harvested hunt the nearby ditches after they finish, they’ll push birds out of the crops.

A new pond along Hwy 61 is private. Still owned by the guy that had it before the road. They leased it. Already had people stopping thinking it’s public.

For the LM maps, HD is far better than the normal ones from what I’ve seen.
