With the rising waters lately on the rivers, would it be a good time to hit local spillways? Or should I wait for warmer waters? I know the water temps are in the low 50’s.

I was below red rock last night, lots of fish, but the water was too dirty to see them. Only ended up boating a few. Its worth a shot at any time, but the best is soon to come. Water temps in the mid 40’s, we need some warm days. Going in the middle of the day and finding the shallowest water you can would be the best bet right now, until the water clears up.

Thanks for the report! I agree, it hasn’t been warm in that place for a a while.
