What’s the report out there? Anyone been out enough to know if the crappies are spawning yet? I haven’t been out yet and the weather has been so up and down…just looking for some info.StringsParticipantMay 12, 2018 at 8:20 amPost count: 224
Check out the “DNR fishing report”. Looks like on my area, it has not.CedarStorm1975ParticipantMay 13, 2018 at 6:38 pmPost count: 2006
My intelligence sources say wait a until next weekend. The lingering winter really threw a lot of us off our game….tomme boyParticipantMay 13, 2018 at 8:08 pmPost count: 440

Lake Darling was hot…IDK about now though. Some ponds around here (Des Moines Co.) are still going good and others are done. Went to a pond yesterday and all the beds were clean…went there Thursday and they were there. Saw a lot of gills around and smaller male bass swimming all over. All the fish we did catch still had eggs in them. Also Red Rock was having great reports on slabs. I know some guys are catching a few in the back waters on the Mississippi.
