If your transducer quits reading check the surface of it because it may be scratched or gouged. I ran mine onto some rocks or something last year and it has read zero and won’t pick up fish since. I smoothed it up completely by wet sanding it with 400 and then 600 grit. I put it in today and it read zero for about the first hour and then just started working again. Read proper depths and picked up fish for the remainder of the day.
