Saw people out ice fishing up here in northcentral WI. Stopped and talked to a guy last night that had some tip up’s out for walleye and he said there was a good solid 3.5 to 5 inches of ice. Been a long time since I have seen people out this early in the year. Just wondering if there was much for ice in Iowa yet. Probably going to head out this afternoon or tomorrow to see if I can get a few decent Pike for pickling. Good luck and be safe to anyone going out.
