Tomorrow I’m taking the boat out for the first time this year but just trying to decide on where to go, I’m from Altoona and thought about Little River, Red Rock (ice out yet?? ) Three Mile, Twelve Mile or any other lake in this general area. The early bite can be tough but I’m going crazy and can’t wait to get out…..

Remember 3 Mile was drained a year and half ago, wouldn’t go there.CedarStorm1975ParticipantMarch 10, 2018 at 1:27 pmPost count: 2006

Caught a lot walleye In 12-14.5″ range last fall at three mile.
Been out few days this last week dragging jigs near main roadbed picking some up. Marking some fish 10-15′ down guessing crappiesjaxman68ParticipantMarch 11, 2018 at 1:26 amPost count: 820
Thanks for the replies guys, I didn’t get out today but will soon with a report.
How much water does 3 mile have?? I knew they drained it a while back but didn’t know it was fishable by boat yet??
