    Morning all –

A number of professional dog handlers/trainers have recently recommended I consider feeding my vizsla Country Vet’s Dog Fuel — the “Large Breed Adult Formula” during the off season, and that plus a 50% mix of the “Large Breed Active Formula” during season.

Do any of you feed your dogs this product? If so, what do you think? The ingredients look top notch (all natural, no corn/soy/wheat, etc.). It’s also endorsed by Pheasants Forever, and is made in Iowa, which certainly bolsters my interest in supporting them.

I’m currently feeding Exceed, which isn’t a bad product, but is largely purchased due to me being able to buy it in 44 lb bags at Sam’s Club. I’ve no complaints with the food or its effect on my dog, but am rather just wondering if there’s far superior products out there that would warrant a switch. I’m willing to “go out of my way”, if you will, to purchase a better quality dog food assuming some of you can testify to Country Vet’s value.

Thanks in advance for any commentary you may be able to offer.
