Anybody own a cookshack smoker? Planning on BBQ some spare ribs for Sunday and have some cornbread to go along with it. Was wondering since I have 3 huge slabs how long to cook? I’m new at this game and will take advice or crtique. I did cook one other time, but it was pork loin. Any idea of internal temp or types of seasoning to use on the ribs while they are smoking.
I plan on trying cherry wood, instead of hickory and will only use maybe 3 ounces. Anybody do any BBQ smoking out there?????
