    cut to 2 inch or more thick. Then butterflyed grill med rare to rare. Pepper only for me. sometime with garlic!!!!

    Anything past med rare not the best.

    Cut in 1 inch pieces. In Pan melt 1 stick of real butter. Add diced green onions. Wait till onions get a little sticky. Then flour loins and put on top of onions. Cook for 3 minutes then turn over for another 3 minutes. Onions should stick to the loins.
